Member Capacity Development was introduced to train Misean Cara members in preparing project funding proposals. Today, it offers funding to strengthen all elements of their strategic, operational and governance capabilities.
Misean Cara strengthens members’ systems and processes with training and funding in governance, financial accountability, human resource management, plus strategic and project planning. This enhances their ability to help vulnerable people transform their lives, overcome poverty, exclusion, and other forms of marginalisation.
