Sr. Eunice Quigley was drawn to missionary life very early, as a young girl growing up in Dundalk in the 1960s. While at school, she attended a retreat at Mt. Oliver Convent and learned about the work the Franciscan Missionary Sisters for Africa (FMSA) were doing with poor and marginalised communities overseas. She knew immediately
