For the 2024 International Day of Women and Girls in Science, Misean Cara Project Officer for Education, Tom Carroll, writes about the progress being made by Misean Cara’s members to advance access to STEM education and careers for women and girls in developing countries, and the potential this has to change individual lives and whole communities for the better.
